If you are a physician, hospital or ancillary provider, and wish to offer services through one of our contracted IPAs or Medical Groups, please contact our Provider Contracting Department. Please make your request through email directly at info@ProSourceMSO.com, specifying the medical group/IPA you wish to join. Upon approval, a complete credentialing application and agreement will be forwarded to you for review and completion. Please allow between 4 to 8 weeks to complete this process. ProSource MSO offers a Web Portal which is a secure internet-based website. Through this site you may access member eligibility, authorization, and claim status and submission.
